The HB35s seem to have had a bunch of different ear shapes, knob placements, jack locations, headstock logos, etc., so I'm hoping maybe someone here has an HB-35 that matches mine and knows the year of theirs. The label in the f-hole has the model number but no serial number, which seems odd, but while looking around I've found other examples of Washburn guitars without a serial number on the label. ![]() The seller listed it as from the mid-1990s, which seems reasonable, but I've found so much conflicting information while searching that I'm confused. It's all original except for the pickups, which were replaced with Schallers (and sound great, though the chrome covers don't match the rest of the gold hardware), and the pots. I hoping there are some Washburn experts here on TGP who might be able to help! I recently picked up an older Washburn HB-35 and I've been trying to figure out when it might have been made. ![]()
